The reports contain agency performance scores that CMS plans to publish on Medicare.gov’s compare tool and the Provider Data Catalog in January. This is a preview window, not a ceremonial download.

DomAfina’s take: open the reports now and make the review traceable. Confirm the staff member with iQIES access, export each score, compare it with the source OASIS and claims data, and log every mismatch with an owner and due date. Then test what a referral partner or family will see: agency name, locations, measure period and star-rating context. If access fails, CMS lists the iQIES Service Center at 1-800-339-9313; reporting questions go to the Home Health Quality team. A public score should never surprise the team that produced it.
